How to make a matcha
Your daily morning ritual
Ingredients:
3g or 1 teaspoon Dear Matcha, matcha powder
150ml milk of your choice
50ml hot but not boiling water
Ice (if iced)
Steps:
- Put matcha into your bowl
- Pour 50ml of water into your bowl
- Whisk with a bamboo whisk or small electric whisk until no clumps
- If having hot, heat milk in the microwave or pan until steaming but not boiling
- If cold, put ice in your cup and pour your milk of choice
- Pour matcha to your cup, mix and enjoy!
