All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on postal service conditions.

All orders will be sent via Royal Mail’s 48 tracked service. All orders can be tracked throughout the order process. If you don’t receive tracking info within 3 days, please contact us.

If your package hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us. We'll help you investigate and work with the carrier to resolve the issue. While we are not liable for packages lost by the courier, we will do our best to help you locate your order.

Please expect delivery within 2-3 working days after your order has been accepted. Our delivery time starts from the moment an order is accepted and includes a 48-hour period, where your items will be processed and dispatched. Please note orders are not processed on Saturday, Sunday and UK Bank Holidays. 

We work extremely hard to provide an outstanding and prompt service, however there may be factors outside of our control that mean delivery is longer than specified. In the unlikely circumstances you have not received your order in this time period, please contact our customer service team who will assist you further.

Returns and Cancellation

Due to our fast-paced processing and dispatch we are unable to change or cancel an order once it has been placed. Our returns and cancellation policy applies to purchases made online at www.dear-matcha.com.

Due to the nature of our products (consumable goods), we are unable to offer refunds or online exchanges.

Dear Matcha reserves the right to change our warranty conditions without notice.

Our refund policy does not exclude or replace your rights given under the British Consumer Law and Regulations.
